JEWELRY POLICY
  • All earrings are final sale.

    • Necklaces, rings, and bracelets may be exchanged for the same product in a different size or refunded for store credit only.

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Jewelry must be unworn.

    • No visible signs of use.

    • All original packaging must be included (pouch, zipper bag, box).

    • Must contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.

  • All items under OBJECTS are final sale.

  • All sale and promotion items are final sale and may not be returned/exchanged.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected, disposed, and not eligible for store credit. 

BABY CLOTHING POLICY

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only. 
  • Must contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
  • If you would like to return an item, it must be in the same condition as it was received — unworn, not altered or washed - with all tags (if applicable) attached. 
  • All accessories (hair, hats socks, etc) are considered final sale and may not be returned. 
  • All sale and promotion items are final sale and may not be returned/exchanged.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected, disposed, and not eligible for store credit. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, you will receive store credit.

 

Exception: If your purchase is defective or has been damaged enroute to the your shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with proof of damage. We will happily allow you to exchange with the same product or receive store credit only if the item is unavailable. Shipping fee may be applied.

 

  • We do not accept any returns on customized jewelry.

  • Please allow a standard amount of 7 days for any accepted refunds.

  • We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages on all orders after they are shipped out.

  • All sale and promotion purchases are final sale, no exception.
